You don’t want to add another bulk process after inspection. With a Retina packaging system, one of our six packaging solutions can be added inline with your vision inspection system to handle bulk packaging and prepare good parts to be sent to your customers.
Smart Conveyor
- Integrates with ANY Retina inspection system.
- Ergonomic load and unload heights.
- Box quantity is stored per part number and automatically loaded with part selection.
- Indexes a new box after the current box fills with NO operator intervention required.
- Allows longer unmanned runtime, and operator can specify length of conveyor to maximize this runtime.
- Easily add roller tracks to take away the filled boxes and/or add more empty ones to increase runtime.
Side-By-Side Conveyor

- Maintains the ergonomic load and unload heights.
Over-Under Conveyor
- All of the features of the standard smart conveyor (see here) with increased capacity.
- Maintains a smaller overall footprint than the side-by-side conveyor by placing the load conveyor below the unload conveyor.
- Maintains the ergonomic unload height of heavier filled boxes.
Bagger Integration
- Integrates with ANY Retina inspection system.
- Bag quantity is stored per part number and automatically loaded with part selection.
- Parts are automatically loaded into bag, then sealed when bag quantity is reached.
- Can be combined with a smart conveyor to maximize packaging efficiency. This setup puts a set number of bags in a box and then indexes an empty box below the bagger.
Bar Code Verification
- Verifies that the label on the box/bag being filled matches the part selected on your Retina inspection system.
- Prevents accidental mislabels from reaching your customer.
- Integrates with ANY of Retina’s packaging conveyors or bagger integrators.
No-Stop Feature
- Maximizes the number of parts you can ship by continuing to inspect during a box index. All parts ejected during this time are trapped until a new box or bag is loaded.
